I have been practicing massage therapy for over three years in Orange County. I am nationally certified through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have completed over 800 hours of massage education and have been trained specifically in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Sports, Reiki, and my personal favorite, Pregnancy massage. I am a registered nurse and I specialize in Maternal-Newborn nursing. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of California, Irvine and have made health promotion and awareness part of my daily life.
